The Senior Product Manager for Platform Infrastructure will be responsible for the critical infrastructure and internal tools on which Addepar operates. For this role, we are seeking an experienced, driven technical product manager who is passionate about building a highly scalable Software as a Service platform, as well as tools that drive developer efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a vision for world-class developer experience, creating a roadmap that has a scalable vision to support the needs of internal and external users of Addepar’s infrastructure and tooling.
• Be the product voice for high-performing, well-respected engineering teams within the company, taking the lead in articulating their mission, vision and building an innovative platform roadmap.
• Own and drive our shared application infrastructure, including Addepar’s identity and authorization platform; our application container framework; our Design System; critical tooling for non-production deployment and internal tools for our Support and Engineering teams.
• Create a stable and scalable experience to deploy and manage product environments needed by our clients, 3rd party developers and Sales and Training client-facing teams.
• Define and deliver a vision to unify the identity management of clients and employees across their user lifecycle. Unify pre-sale and post-sale workflows across identity management.
• Partner closely with other product leaders to identify and define requirements for infrastructure needed to support ongoing development across the Addepar platform.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience developing backend or developer infrastructure, platforms, and tooling with 2+ years of product management experience in those areas
• A proven track record of building scalable shared infrastructure at a leading technology company
• Passionate about improving developer productivity, product quality, and automating/optimizing developer workflows
• Demonstrated track record of leadership in building products for developers

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Software engineering experience a major plus
• Prior experience developing and owning an identity management and user authorization platform a major plus
