What will you do at Nomad?


As Sr. Product Manager at Nomad Health, you will have an amazing opportunity to have a major impact on the future of our platform, using your creative intelligence and natural empathy for customers to define delightful products for our clinicians.

 

We’re looking for an experienced leader to drive development of the core of Nomad’s business - helping clinicians find great jobs. Your focus will be on the user experience itself, identifying the best opportunities and approaches to guide users along. More broadly, you will be responsible for ensuring clinicians that apply have a delightful user journey.


Your Responsibilities:

● Own the strategy and execution for our clinicians’ post-application experiences; ensuring their journey is complete, coherent, and delightful from start to finish.

● Partner closely with key stakeholders to proactively identify and address any and all impediments that stand between your users and their dream job.

● Further establish an environment of product excellence by building an empowered product team, championing our users, and driving for results in a collaboratively accelerated environment.

● Spend a lot of your time talking to users - directly, through user research, and through our own internal users. Be the expert about and for them so that we build products that our users love, and which work for our business.

● Combine user insights, deep data analysis, stakeholder needs, and business requirements to create and validate hypotheses which drive both user and business value.

● Effectively translate the above into a plan which brings engineering along and excites them about the potential we see in front of us.

● And then; execute brilliantly on it. From vision to strategy to epics to user stories; you are the key to converting aspiration into user delight.


Who Are You?

● 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, working directly with engineering and design to build software products.

● Experience working in Agile environments, particularly scrum.

● Experience with building SaaS products in a marketplace, B to C or B to B context.

● Ability to conduct user research and competitive analysis, and synthesize user needs into product priorities and specifications.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-team and cross-office collaboration.

● Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously.

● Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions, make decisions, and define metrics.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

● Recruiting technologies, ecommerce, or marketplace background strongly preferred.

● Experimentation, and particularly A/B testing experience.

● Experience with healthcare systems or labor marketplaces.
