Job Description

You will be working alongside a passionate design and engineering team to prioritize, scope and implement new pre-purchase features that will support our rapid customer and order growth. You will also play a key role in authoring and implementing features around our core eCommerce experiences, including product and vendor catalog management, search, and shopping cart workflows.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of pre-purchase innovation on our eCommerce platform
  • Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Develop and design measurement strategies to understand the impact of our products on our customer community
  • Understand Negotiatus’ strategic and competitive position and deliver products that meet the pre-purchase needs of our customers
  • Translate the pre-purchase vision and mission into an implementation strategy 
  • Use business feedback to support data-informed prioritization and decision making
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customer problems and work with the team to build and implement a solution
  • Be on the front lines of feature launches and proactively communicate regular updates, launch dates, and concerns 
  • Collaborate with and manage expectations for stakeholders across the business
  • Evangelize the product and training teams to support internal enablement 
  • Become an expert in the capabilities of our backend platform, and communicate opportunities and limitations to the rest of the Product organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a product management role working in an agile environment with scrum methodologies for digital B2B or B2C ecommerce, payments, or fintech products
  • Analytically-minded and adept at making cases with data
  • Experience launching end-to-end products that drive business impact
  • Experience collaborating with a cross functional team and as a liaison between business, product leadership, and technology
