This role is part of the ADP Next Generation HCM team and will help build a revolutionary new suite of Human Capital Management products for people across the globe. At ADP, we are Always Designing for People™, and our Senior Product Owner - Next Generation HCM Product & Client Lifecycle will plan, design, build, and deliver a market-leading, differentiated, best-of-breed digital product distribution system for ADP’s next generation HCM solution. 

Responsibilities 
  • Define the vision, roadmap, and lead the delivery of an enterprise application distribution system to enable multiple user types to discover, implement, train, and successfully use the ecosystem of applications. 
  • Own and deliver the Application promotion and purchasing system for ADP’s next generation HCM solution
  • Be the point of contact and subject matter expert for owned product areas
  • Synthesize key requirements from internal stakeholders, multiple SMEs locally & remotely, UX research, and clients directly
  • Work closely with UX designers on product design & research, as well as be a strong partner with development on product delivery
  • Manage the product backlog, translate product functionality & features into stories and maintain the development pipeline to support business priorities
  • Lead an NYC Agile development team, including backlog & roadmap management/prioritization and future capabilities
  • Work closely with local and remote teams to ensure product alignment across the larger product suite

Qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of product management experience bringing products from concept to multiple in-market iterations
  • Direct, precise, clear communicator within your own team, across dependent teams, across timezones & locations, and with Sr Leadership
  • Keen problem solving and prioritization skills, able to rapidly ingest, absorb, synthesize and act on new information
  • Experience working with/in large enterprises and driving alignment with multiple stakeholders across different parts of the organization
  • Have built an app store/digital product distribution
  • Track record of rapid triage & prioritization between long & short term, determining the right path from short to long with minimal waste
  • Bonus points for having worked in an innovation program at a large company

There are lots of events constantly going on at Lifion! From meetups to tech talks to our weekly Thursday happy hours, there's a good mix of work and play. We also do outings: in my one year of working here we’ve done laser tag, Barcade, happy hour on a boat, the vessel, a picnic in central park, escape the room, VR world, and more.

The People Ops Team is in full swing for FY19 Performance Reviews. It's an exciting time for the business, but requires a lot of backend work & support for our associates.
