Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to report to the VP Product. You’ll own a mission-critical piece of the Catalyst platform. Over time, you will have the opportunity to help shape and grow not just the product, but also the team. You’ll work with engineers and designers to discover, define, validate, and ship solutions to customer problems, and you’ll drive the product roadmap to ship products that delight customers.
What You’ll Do
- You will work with customers and stakeholders to define a roadmap, customer problems and requirements, backlog, then manage features through the development process from discovery to general availability.
- You will become an expert on the customer, and the market, and be able to intuitively identify, prioritize and execute on both tactical and strategic projects.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to understand the needs of customers to drive high-impact product improvements and features
- Write product briefs, collaborate on wireframes and designs with designers and work with customers to shape features
- Translate high-priority business problems into data analytics and data science problems and solutions
- Rally and motivate team of engineers and designers around product vision to drive outcomes
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure successful product launches
- Track adoption to determine impact of the feature and future iterations
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience successfully setting the vision and strategy, defining a roadmap and building / shipping high-quality B2B products
- Experience ‘getting out of the building’ to talk to customers and understand their pain points, and opportunities for innovation
- Excellent communication across stakeholder groups including cross-functional partners, leadership, customers and vendors
- Success in partnering with engineers, designers, and other product managers to drive product improvement and new features
- Excellent communication and the ability to clearly articulate vision internally and externally
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to problem solving with experience using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
- Comfortably handle -- and say no to -- many concurrent projects and todo’s, and instinctively re-prioritize often without needing guidance. Catalyst is a growth stage company and you are comfortable with the level of ambiguity that entails.
- Experience working on analytics/reporting/insights products
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, data warehouses, or business intelligence systems
- Experience working with data science teams is a plus
Why You’ll Love Working Here!
- Highly competitive compensation package, including equity - everyone has a stake in our growth
- Comprehensive benefits, including up to 100% paid medical, dental, & vision insurance coverage for you & your loved ones
- Open vacation policy, encouraging you to take the time you need - we trust you to strike the right work/life balance
- Annual education stipend, to ensure that you're continuously expanding your skill set
- Monthly wellness stipend, to ensure that you’re taking care of both your physical & mental health
