WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
If you're someone who enjoys identifying customer needs, rallying a team, and turning vision into a reality, this is the job for you! The Sr. Product Manager will work closely with various teams to understand and define the customer needs and prioritize those needs while aligning them with corporate vision. Collaborate with engineering teams to convert these needs into customer facing products and solutions. They are also responsible for working with sales and marketing teams to identify the appropriate GTM strategy for their portfolio of products and solutions.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

• Identify and consider pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements
• Participate in standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos
• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders and other teams through all stages of product development including defining scope, creating backlog artifacts, release assignments, and external communication
• Ongoing management and grooming of the product backlog; continually making recommendations and refinements based on learnings
• Work with product marketing and internal stakeholders to develop go to market plans and define adoptions success

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years of Product Management or equivalent experience with history of delivering customer-oriented solutions, ideally in the advertising space.
• Proven experience and comfort with TV and/ or digital media concepts; some Advanced TV experience preferred
• Experience executing on product roadmaps and tracking successful adoption of products
• Determines quickly which are the most critical things to focus on and which to save for later. Experience writing clear business and product requirement documents
• Worked in agile development environments
• Self-starter with the ability to drive consensus and execution when dealt with uncertainty.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in New York Metro Area. Salary Range Transparency:
This role has a NYC Metro Area base salary range of $115,000-$135,000, and discretionary annual bonus.
