Senior Product Manager

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced product manager to lead key initiatives for our Learning Platform, Percipio. This Product Manager will work across a variety of product areas, serving multiple customer personas, including administrator, manager, learner, data analyst, and system integrator. Owning the vision for each initiative requires customer insights, competitive analysis, collaborative UX design and a roadmap. You will transform ideas into compelling product solutions that inform and delight Percipio customers and users, all while following lean product management practices and engaging with customers throughout the design process. 

Along the way, you will have the opportunity to work with brilliant people around the globe including the User Experience Research and Design teams, Development squads, Product Management, and Content Development. You will work directly with customers during the design process and will benefit from direct feedback from customers after launch.  

Opportunity Highlights:  

• Contribute to the development of the product vision and collaborate with management and product managers to build a comprehensive product strategy 
• Actively manage and maintain a feature roadmap and backlog 
• Research, document and drive all changes to products including new features, minor enhancements, and defects
• Participate in an Agile process with Engineering, QA, and product owners to manage the backlog of work, refine requirements, estimate work effort 
• Collaborate with User Experience Designers to build a UX strategy, develop feature-level designs, and usability testing. 
• Conduct market research and analysis of competitive landscape
• Contribute to and review product release notes, user manuals and training material
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a go-to-market plan
• Support product release activities including release planning, product training, demonstrations, and customer presentations
• Provide on-going product support to direct sales and channel sales organizations helping them to understand product positioning and key benefits​

Skills & Qualifications:  

• BA/BS or related degree required or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in Software Product Management or Business Analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong organization skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Experience with web analytics
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Productboard or other Agile software development tools is desired
• Technical background and/or strong understanding of modern software development practices is desired
• Experience working with a virtual team is desired
• Experience with user-centered design processes and methodologies is desired
• Experience in the EdTech space is desired

Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be $90,000.00 to $160,000.00 annualized.

We also offer participation in the Company Bonus Program and full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
