About the role:

You will help define our product vision and set clear and audacious goals. You will partner closely with design and engineering teams, and the products you build will help connect the people and technologies required to seamlessly operate physical spaces. To succeed, you will be truth-seeking about discovering our customers’ most important present and future needs.

You will be an effective cross-functional leader and also partner with operations, finance, and executive teams to bring products to market and to identify our most promising future business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing a product vision and strategy that is anchored on true customer needs you have validated through quantitative and qualitative research
  • Develop detailed user stories and market research that helps us understand our customers and their needs, and collaborate with design and engineering partners to identify customer-centric and viable solutions
  • Manage prioritization of competing customer needs and create buy-in around the most high-value opportunities you identify
  • Own the launch, success criteria, and support plan of the product solutions you prioritize
  • Identify and resolve strategic issues that may slow down your team’s ability to test hypotheses and validate assumptions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of professional experience with 4+ years of consumer-facing software product management experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products with a proven track record of thinking strategically and executing methodically
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated success engaging audiences across all functions and organizational levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where strong ownership and comfort with ambiguity are requisite skills. Previous startup experience a plus
