MakerBot is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our software team located in Brooklyn, NY. This position will be a highly visible, individual contributor role that will work closely with product leadership to develop and iterate on a wide-variety of MakerBot products. The Sr. Product manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define and execute on key strategic initiatives across Makerbot.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy for one or more of Makerbot’s product lines.
• Work with engineers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and successfully bring them to market.
• Drive a culture of transparency where all stakeholders are aware of progress and risks.
• Be a catalyst for new opportunities – balancing investments in existing product with new innovations.

Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software product management (HW product experience a plus)
• A degree in a technical discipline (or practical equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of shipping successful products – from conception to market
• Experience working with agile software development teams
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who takes ownership over his/her work
• Strategic, data-driven mentality who leverage KPIs to define their success
• Capable of holding teams accountable for shipping products on a regular basis
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
