About You:

  • A successful Senior Product Manager candidate is self-sufficient, resourceful, a team player and an innovative problem solver.
  • You will be an integral member of the Product Team and the company, where you will be responsible for major efforts that impact millions of users.
  • You will help people by finding solutions to personal finance challenges Retirement Planning, and Banking, among others.

Responsibilities:

  • Own your products - Drive the product development process from start to finish with a focus on building the best possible products through improvement through iteration and optimization.
  • Coach, mentor other product team members
  • Work to build product specs for the Engineering team to implement new features and functionality
  • Oversee and assist with QA and testing of existing and new products
  • Own, maintain, and improve key business metrics and goals

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 or more years experience in consumer-facing product management
  • Well-versed in core concepts related to UI / UX, including direct experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, wire framing, prototyping, etc.
  • Seasoned and skilled with data analysis, able to create excel (or equivalent) -based spreadsheets on the fly
  • Keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to be self-sufficient and find creative solutions
  • Ability to think through complex math problems related to product management
  • Deep expertise in multi-variate testing

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • SEO experience a plus
  • Web-based analytic products experience a plus (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Investment Banking, Consulting (PE due diligence), or other Finance background a plus
  • Experience with software development a plus, but not necessary
