Pager is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to innovate and execute product initiatives. From ideation to development, to launch, to optimization, you’ll be leading, inspiring and mentoring a team of designers and engineers while working closely with stakeholders from other departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with the Director of Product to ensure the product ecosystem is being designed to scale
• Help establish design and development processes for the entire organization to get behind
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the overall design culture
• Drive innovation and inspire your team to think outside the box, knowing that it’s easier to tone down a wild idea than it is to pump one up
• Leverage data to make product decisions and quantify performance improvements
• Manage teams remotely 
• Track and communicate progress along the way to various stakeholders
• Form and adjust product hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Simultaneously manage different projects, deadlines, and requests without breaking a sweat
• Synthesize insights and can prioritize bugs, features, and enhancements that really move the needle. Data is your friend, and you use it to make informed product decisions
• Coordinate directly with clients on various related projects

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 5+ years of hands-on, professional experience as a product manager working on live web and mobile products
• Experience working on b2bc & SaaS products while managing multiple client expectations & asks in parallel
• Experience shipping a product thousands of people have tried and loved
• Strong communication skills which gives you the ability to align everyone on the team
• Experience working directly with engineers to ship the best products
• Ability to find that sweet spot between the user, business requests, and technical limitations
• A proven track record of building consensus and making difficult decisions
• Experience working with remote teams
• Demonstrable understanding on how to use data to make informed decisions
