In this role you will:

  • Delivering on the overall payments strategy
  • Managing reporting and monitoring metrics to analyze payment platform performance
  • Lead and develop analysis and reporting
  • Resolving operational payments issues quickly and efficiently, driving issue and incident identification and business impact analysis
  • Managing fund flows and ideal balances within the payments channel

Your qualifications are:

  • Driving innovation and constantly improving the user experience, partnering with Engineering to lead auth rate optimization opportunities
  • Identifying, recommending and delivering improvements to the customer experience
  • Executing launches of new payment options
  • Contributing to create world class products and processes to operate a global online payment platform
