Job Description

Income share agreements (“ISAs”) are a special form of financing where students only pay for their training once they are successful in finding a good job. ISAs make our programs highly accessible and link student success with business success. 

As the Senior PMM for ISAs, you’ll own the strategic roadmap of Thinkful’s ISA products. You’ll be especially focused on ensuring we’re effectively matching key personas with the right products and positioning. You’ll get to build the future of ISAs as a mass market product. 

The ideal candidate is someone who is strategic, hungry, flexible, creative, analytical and a proven builder. You’re excited to navigate the ambiguity & elusiveness of new markets. Through empathy and rigor you can quickly spot glimmers of opportunity and find ways to capture its full value.
