The Role:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet stakeholder needs and preferences. You will partner with the key stakeholders across Technology, Design, Product and Data, to develop cohesive delivery goals that align with our overall organizational goals. Drawing on your knowledge of the technical architectures and software engineering, you’ll also guide and challenge the technology solutions we build, and will advocate for and effectively prioritize work. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into requirements. You will also define the vision for the team’s product, creating a technology roadmap based on this vision.

You are a creative, methodical project manager with more than 8+ years of relevant software development, project management or product management experience, building, refining, and optimizing a digital product ecosystem. You clearly and convincingly use data to make smart decisions about where to focus in order to achieve goals. You have demonstrated success in a software engineering environment where increasing user engagement and usage was a focus. You’re a flexible, effective communicator, able to fluidly translate needs and insights across technical, operational, design, and leadership audiences. You are also an expert project manager, able to outline and execute clear project roadmaps, manage a team to deadlines, and grow and upskill your team. You have credentials (ideally CSPO, CSM, PMP or similar certification(s)), and are proficient in JIRA or similar software applications to manage iterations and develop reporting dashboards. Additionally, you are passionate about growing and enabling your team, with a history of mentoring direct reports to help them develop the technical skills, communication and prioritization of work necessary to build great products. You have In-depth knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies, and knowledge of product development architecture. Most of all, strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
