Position Summary
Softheon is looking for a highly motivated Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong background in building out financial systems for Softheon's Merchant business. The position will play an integral role in ensuring the financial systems are accurate and support the right financial and business analysis for the healthcare organizations. This role will support and enable the development and automation of complex reporting and analysis that delivers the right information to multiple layers of Softheon's healthcare organization.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Partner with UX Designers, engineers and applied scientists to deliver products for business finance in Healthcare space, Treasury, and operations team.
  • Identify risks in technology design choices and access the impact of emerging technologies on feature use cases
  • Perform market analysis, build business cases, set the vision for the team, take calculated risks in tradeoffs, launch minimum loveable product and drive adoption.
  • Deeply understands customer needs.
  • Define and report success metrics (KPI's) on an on going basis.
  • The Senior Product Manager is responsible for managing the product line life cycle all the way from the strategic planning to tactical initiatives.
  • The position of Senior Product Manager demands a great deal of collaboration with numerous departments in the business.
  • An especially vital part of collaboration, the Senior Product Manager works hand in hand with technical departments to guarantee that they are constantly meeting customers' needs and resolving issues as they emerge and evolve.
  • The Senior Product Manager regularly performs competitive, pricing, profitability analyses, which are used to recommend strategies that will improve the product's market position, enables the product management team, and improve quality over product competition.
  • The Senior Product Manager is tasked with the setting up of a product's strategy. In this capacity, she/he is also expected, through relationships established with other departments, to influence acceptance and adoption of that strategy.
  • Senior Product Managers are responsible for creating comprehensible technical design documents to accompany process enhancements and ensure inclusions and completion within sprint cycles.
  • The Senior Product Manager also plays the role of product promotion. The Senior Product Manager evangelizes the product's strong points, in conjunction with the sales department, to the customers during their interactions, promoting the product's core functionalities, values, and benefits.
  • Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Technological Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering and Technology, or related area.
    • 3 to 5 years' work experience preferred (Fintech field) In addition to educational requirements.
    • Experience and a proven track record in successfully working with SaaS-products and applications.
    • Extremely keen and analytical individual who can develop strategies using lean methods.
    • The position demands a wide range of interactions as is evident from the functions presented above.
    • Proficient in MS Word and the MS Excel analytical tools.
