Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, focusing on ML solutions, you’ll play a meaningful role in making sure that the patient experience for search and discovery continues to evolve, by building and iterating on features that improve the search experience at Zocdoc.

Your day to day is…
- Building data-driven products that benefit the end user
- Working with a machine learning engineering team to articulate your product vision and set a roadmap for machine learning work
- Rapidly iterating on early stage products where product intuition, customer empathy and technical expertise are essential
- Managing cross-functional relationships to keep stakeholders informed, receive input, and influence their thinking.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 5+ years experience as a product manager, working with agile development teams building world-class consumer products
- A desire to communicating with partners, as well as working closely with a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists
- Experience in setting and executing on a product backlog, balancing innovation, maintenance and support
- Strong familiarity with machine learning technology and how it can be applied to search and relevancy ranking (in a technical way)

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all fully vaccinated employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
