The Impact You Will Make

• Own Grubhub’s landing experience, developing a roadmap that balances the needs of stakeholders against evolving and optimizing how users explore Grubhub’s marketplace.
• Optimize all aspects of the home screen UX, from address collection and result refinement, considering how the UX should adapt based on a user’s order history, market size, etc.
• Develop tools and processes for self-service management of promotional placements and content collections.
• Introduce new ways for users to explore food and restaurants.
• Own company-wide communication around all things Home 

What You Bring to the Table

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrated experience optimizing personalized discovery experiences and multivariate testing in a B2C environment
• Experience working across front and backend engineering teams to execute complex projects
• Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions
• Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into stakeholder needs that the stakeholders themselves may not be able to articulate
• Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
• Familiar with product development in Agile and OKR methodologies, preferably with squad or tribe structures
• Bachelor’s degree required
