As a Sr. Product Manager on our OTT platform at Vimeo, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you make services that our customers love (https://ott.vimeo.com/). You will work with teams in every department - engineering, sales, community, marketing, and finance (just to name a few). You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at light speed. Simply put, you will be part of shaping the future of Vimeo OTT. You will work on a team focused on helping video sellers run successful businesses and provide a best-in-class experience for their viewers across multiple platforms.

What you’ll do:

• Define vision, goals, strategies, and metrics to increase the product's value for all users
• Work closely with the Head of Product to build and manage the product roadmap to support our overall goals and strategies
• Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering and drive product development
• Proactively write product specifications for future versions to help inform the overall development of OTT
• Work closely with designers, engineers, business staff, and marketers to ship extraordinary products
• Stay current with video, TV, internet, mobile, and smart TV trends to help inform areas of product development

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

• 3+ years of experience in product management. You’ve shipped something you’re proud of and are adept at all steps of the product development process
• Have a design viewpoint, with a desire to discover and fulfill the needs of users
• Obsession with data and data-driven solutions
• Innovative problem-solving that can turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions
• Bias for action and the ability to work within ambiguity
• Entrepreneurial experience and familiarity with business challenges
• Excellent management, organizational, and analytical skills, and superb communication skills
• Experience delivering products that meet the needs of both large enterprise clients and small businesses, and experience partnering with B2B sales teams
