As a Senior Product Manager on the Purchase Journey team, you will bring a deeply customer-centric practice to understand the home buying journey and identify the decision makers, their priorities and their influence over the process. Leveraging these insights, you will build experiences for our Home Buyer that power a frictionless, tech-enabled relationship between them and their Agent. You will be able to communicate and collaborate with cross functionally about operational processes and business strategy, as well as through crisp, well-formulated technical and design requirements. You constantly advocate for our Homebuyers, while building leadership through mutual respect of our teammates needed to deliver on this exceptional experience.

This role presents a unique opportunity to redefine the standard for how Buyers collaborate with Agents.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Build product experiences for Buyers that streamline collaboration with their Real Estate Agent, helping our Buyers feel confident to make offers that get accepted, ultimately retaining them to the point at which they will need to seek home financing
  • Foster deep institutional knowledge of home buying process and how buyers work with Real Estate Agents
  • Partner with and lead cross functional teams like Design, Engineering, Sales, Operations, etc. to set product vision and strategy
  • Define and socialize the roadmap of your product area through deep research and understanding of business goals
  • Bring your solutions to market through ownership of the full product lifecycle: problem identification, solution design, spec, implementation and validation
  • Manage competing priorities with consistency and transparency

About You:

  • You’ve worked for 6-8 years in a consumer product management capacity at a technology-driven organization 
  • You’re an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
  • You’re committed to collaboration and are able to work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value
  • You have a proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly
  • Your spidey sense enables you to read between the lines and extrapolate ideas which turn into solutions
  • You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and are equally comfortable balancing tactical and strategic investments
  • You are a firm believer in change and are a hustler
  • You have the mental resilience to know that we're just at the start of a long journey
  • You challenge archaic processes to make them better for consumers by removing friction (aka you live to make complex things simple)
  • You’re a systems thinker with an understanding that spans all levels of abstraction
  • You are comfortable in an ever-changing environment and have a passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas 
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and have a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Bonus: You have worked on complex workflow based products, marketplace platforms, pricing, algorithmic bidding platforms, data centric supply chain products
  • Bonus: You have a computer science, engineering, operations research or equivalent technical background
