Crossix is seeking an intellectually curious, resourceful, and collaborative Technical Product Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to help us build out the technology and data methodologies that power our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage cutting-edge technology and analytics capabilities to design and build scalable analytics products used to help healthcare clients plan, measure and optimize their marketing campaigns
    • Lead development and standardization of Crossix suite of analytics products and data methodologies
    • Own and manage product road maps as you take a product from idea to execution
    • Master and contribute to the development of core parts of the Crossix technology platform and serve as expert product support for Crossix analysts and other staff. Technologies include Spark, SQL, Python, R, Weka, AWS, and other proprietary data mining software
    • Lead junior team members in executing on product research, design, and testing of analytics products
    • Collaborate with software developers to connect technology with the business needs of Crossix analysts and customers
    • Work with analysts and leadership in client services group to train staff on new products and new product enhancements while collecting feedback to inform future development work
    • Lead the onboarding and evaluation of new types of health care, media, and consumer data
    • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams while working on innovative, data-driven projects
      • Work with client services and analyst teams to identify opportunities for improvements in Crossix analytics products
      • Develop and execute on effective testing and rollout plans of new methodologies and tools
      • Design and lead internal training on analytics products, tools, and best practices
    • Employ and develop advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
      • Build expertise in media and healthcare related subject matter areas like digital advertising, electronic health records, etc.
      • Build cutting edge data and analytical skills by leading product development related to techniques for data analysis, predictive modeling, data visualization, etc.

    What You’ve Done

    • 5+ years’ experience of data analytics experience, including working with large datasets and familiarity with statistical principals
    • Several years’ experience working with media and/or health care data strongly preferred but not required
    • 3+ years working in a data intensive product management role designing data tools/methodologies/platforms for performing advanced data analytics. Experience with focus on products designed to be scalable and replicable strongly preferred
    • Experience with data Visualization tools like Spotfire (preferred), Tableau a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience
    • Some experience managing small teams, either as direct reports or through a project team
    • Hands-on experience with some programming languages such as Python (preferred), R, Java, C++, etc. required
    • High proficiency in SQL and databases required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfort with public speaking and leading training sessions
