The opportunity:

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to support our data needs across the organization. You will be responsible for developing data solutions with robust data quality and scalability standards. Ideally, you are comfortable with an array of projects from improving data infrastructure to instrumenting user journeys to designing data-driven product experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders that will help you understand data gaps and develop the right solutions.
  • Develop a data platform product strategy, and define, manage, and share the product roadmap.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and prioritize work for the platform engineering team.
  • Drive data product initiatives from inception through execution.
  • Identify new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices, and foster innovation.
  • Evaluate and evangelize analytics tools to help internal customers.

You’ll need:

  • 4+ years of product management experience with subject matter expertise in data and analytics
  • Experience managing platforms teams building microservice architectures
  • Prior roles / education in engineering, computer science, or data science
  • A track record of shipping and iterating on successful product features with cross-functional teams using agile development methodologies
  • To be a proactive team player who enjoys working with cross-functional peers to design and execute against evolving business needs
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Outstanding organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Not required, but it would be great if you also:

  • Have experience at a healthcare organization
