Spruce is looking for a Technical Product Manager to report to the Director of Product - Platform. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a technical product management role, with a passion for building holistic experiences, which are scalable, intuitive and thoughtful. You’ll develop a deep-seated knowledge of the business goals, the real estate technology market and our client base. This knowledge combined with stakeholder insights, a deep understanding of our product architecture and collaboration with your cross functional team will help you deliver on core growth initiatives and be a key contributor to the overall platform roadmap. You’re a self-starter and love solving complex problems.

What you'll do

• Partners with Director of Product to understand broader product platform, and support in shaping the platform product roadmap 
• Deeply understand the interconnected nature of all Spruce products
• Execute on the roadmap - working with a platform team of engineers, designer, QA engineer and data scientist to turn problems into solutions. 
• Write user stories, actively participate in standups, lead planning and grooming 
• Contributes to prioritization, maintains the backlog and proactively communicates release expectations and changes
• Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases are robust for each use case and ensuring acceptance criteria is met
• Be a champion for platform work, communicating to ensure PDE awareness and alignment from discovery to release such that other PDE teams are able to leverage platform solutions within their roadmap in a timely manner
