About the Role
We are looking for a technical product manager with great understanding of cloud/data infrastructure and technology compliance in the healthcare space to work with our engineering teams to create and drive forward roadmaps for our infrastructure future. Click’s software and technology is pioneering in health care which requires technical product managers at Click to collaborate with multiple experts such as clinicians, scientists, software engineers, data scientists, privacy professionals and cyber security architects. This role will be focused on owning roadmaps of technical projects and solving creative problems in the unique intersection between technology and healthcare.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with out Cloud and Data Engineering Team to move projects forward by defining and maintaining a technical roadmaps based on business, user, and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with a software development teams in an Agile software development environment to plan, build, and release features
- Remove ambiguity and blockers to help the engineering team meet specific sprint goals
- Own backlog of work in JIRA, creating user stories and bug tickets as needed
- Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs
- Identify and monitor KPIs to promote stability, reliability, security, and availability of Click technology services
- Develop innovative solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across product areas, and functions
- Collaborate with technical, cybersecurity, compliance, and business team members to identify the tools, processes, and enhancements required to improve Click’s technology
- Deeply understand and synthesize the complexities of the healthcare environment including regulations, existing clinical workflows and global expansions, into high quality cloud infrastructure requirements
- Manage timelines and a product roadmap to organize timely feature releases and minimize release delays
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple departments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an agile environment
- Experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate details to core team stakeholders and upper management
- Technical leadership, project management, analytical problem solving, business analysis, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in healthcare or another highly regulated space (understanding of HIPPA, DIGA, GDPR, HiTrust is a plus)
- Experience working with technologies including, but not limited to, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., AWS Cloudformation, AWS CDK, Terraform), Kubernetes, Python, SQL, AWS
