At Conductor, we are defining the organic marketing stack for the enterprise. This innovative team needs strong and passionate product managers. The Technical Product Manager will help define and deliver data pipeline products that power multiple areas of the Conductor Organic Marketing Platform, support data vendor partnerships, and work closely with R&D teams to support their needs. In doing so, you will help build Conductor’s core products, supporting the company’s continuous growth and fulfilling its vision. This is a role with enormous leadership opportunities for someone with initiative, drive, and an outcomes-based mindset.

 Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage feature lifecycles from strategic planning to product release and iteration
  • Work closely with other teams, Product Managers, and Designers to build concepts and requirements
  • Identify our customers' needs and opportunities through data analysis, interviews, and research through quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and manage a feature roadmap that will drive key top-line metrics
  • Manage relationships with data vendors and partners
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide support for escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints
  • Communicate feature releases to internal and external users and stakeholders
  • Function as the Product Owner for an Agile Scrum development team to define, deliver, build, and iterate on capabilities
  • Define and measure critical performance metrics for your product area

Requirements

  • Strong software product management experience, including work with Enterprise SaaS applications
  • Strong technical background with a passion for breaking down challenging problems and drive value incrementally
  • Progressive thinking paired with strong execution - you can envision a different world and can articulate a clear path to get there
  • Comfortable with various data sets and web technologies
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products/features
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies) 
  • Experience managing multi-tenant SaaS data pipeline products that ingest and analyze petabytes of data
  • Experience delivering data pipeline products in public clouds (we use AWS, so familiarity with AWS products is a plus!)
  • Must understand scalability, performance, availability, and security in distributed systems
  • Experience with companies that have grown from 100 to 1000 customers is a plus
