In this role you will:

• Lead our conversational product content strategy supported by user research, data analysis and market / customer needs, and build consensus for the product vision with key stakeholders.
• Define our user and developer portal product roadmaps that align to customer needs and LivePerson business goals.  
• Develop business requirements, key metrics, user stories and chatbot storyboards that designers & engineers can build on.
• Help prioritize and make trade-offs re user experience, business impact and technical scale.
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple geographies through execution of product roadmap.
• Interact with internal, external and executive stakeholders often requiring political sensitivity.
• Works collaboratively with cross-functional peers and senior leaders/stakeholders to program issues & risks and drive mitigation plans.

Your qualifications are:

• 5+ years of experience in a product management role.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with knowledge and/or developer portals, communities and tools.   
• Basic understanding of HTML, web publishing and headless CMS.
• Ability to communicate effectively – demonstrate clarity of thought in writing & presentations.
• Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical audiences & influence at different organizational levels.
• Effective collaboration across boundaries & job families with multiple stakeholders..
• Familiarity with SEO guidelines and keyword research tools - an advantage.
• Content strategy experience - an advantage.
• Conversational design experience - an advantage.
