The Product Specialist is an integral part of the Data Operations (DataOps) Team, responsible for supporting DoubleVerify’s numerous data operations related to Brand Safety, Geo and Classification products. The product specialist is responsible for the execution of product related processes and various data analytics tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own the ongoing product operation for DV’s Brand Safety, Geo and Classification products
  • Help maintain the quality of products through and after release
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Client Services and Sales team for any Brand Safety product related question
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with Data Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers and Client Services teams 
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of DoubleVerify’s core technologies
  • Work with Hadoop,Vertica Columnar DB, OLTP, MongoDB and MS SQL Server
  • Solve operational issues and implement quality improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience. Technical degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in performing database analysis using SQL
  • Experience in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python is a plus 
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Splunk or Tableau is a plus
