You are:

You have the demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically about product and technical challenges, with the ability to source relevant perspectives across the organization, manage complex projects and own Voice of Customer. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and scrappiness is a must.

You have 4+ years’ experience in client experience, project or product management, and research. You can collaborate and problem-solve with stakeholders cross functionally, and you think critically and efficiently communicate qualitative and quantitative ideas.

As a User & Product Insights, Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with Wix Users and Partners (Agencies, Enterprise Accounts) to understand their unique needs and requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between Account Management and Product teams, developing and instituting a cross-functional process to help gather and communicate product needs.
  • Manage complex projects across verticals, delivering them on time with regular updates for the team.
  • Become a close partner, advocate and a go to authority for internal and external stakeholders on the Voice of Customer, user pain points, product roadmap and feature releases.
  • Develop and own the product strategy for these groups based on your research, relationship management, data analysis, and industry knowledge.
  • Work with ‘alpha’ customers to gather feedback on new features, analyze their behavior in the data and improve products.
  • Work closely with product teams to prioritize the roadmap for top Wix users.
  • Coordinate knowledge about product rollouts, host demos, present updates and provide continuous education for account managers.
  • Build a tight communication loop with our top users, nurture these relationships and support them along their Wix journey.
