Responsibilities:

• You will report to the SVP of Product and lead the Product Management team working directly with our customers to identify opportunities, set product direction, and influence our releases
• You'll be passionate about solving different problems with complex requirements and work with user experience designers, user researchers, product marketers, and engineers to launch and build great products for our customers
• You'll also be highly organized and able to plan release schedules, help ensure that we are following Agile best practices, and build a product backlog to interest and motivate the team
• You will have strong people management skills. You understand people and the importance of service-based leadership
• You are a values based leader that builds trust across the organization because you do what's best for both people and the business
• You will help establish and standardize our product development process, creating best practices to ensure consistency across the product management organization
• You will build a product management excellence program to help up-skill and grow our existing team
• You are an operational leader that knows how to build great products by building organizational and programmatic capacity
• You will analyze existing products' function and determine new features to enhance our customers' user experience and ensure maximum potential usability
• You will work with the SVP of Product to define the product strategy
• You will develop strategic product roadmap working w/ user research, product design, analytics, and engineering
• You will work with product operations to improve the product management processes and overall portfolio planning and product launch
• You will develop a constituent prioritization framework that balances competing business and customer needs
• You will meet with customers and our sales teams to understand the changing landscape and e the authority on the evolving market and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

• 10+ yrs of experience at a SaaS enterprise software company in a product management role
• Experience leading large product management organizations
• Any suitable combination of education or training is acceptable
