Job Mission:To create and own product strategy and vision for andros. Guide the roadmap in order to consistently deliver value to users across the entire product lifecycle. Strategically, this means setting direction, driving major initiatives, and spearheading innovation. Tactically, it means balancing priorities of customer needs with internal operational efficiency and enabling the engineering team to deliver products of the highest value. Your leadership inspires partners and collaborators across the organization to work with you to bring products to life.The outcomes we’re looking for:

  • Lead, mentor and grow a product management team through coaching and by example
  • Create, maintain, and communicate a clear and focused product vision that communicates the future of the company clearly and frequently with the entire company and our customers. 
    • Define and maintain a rolling 18+ month product roadmap with 6+ month work plan aimed at moving toward future business horizons
    • Prioritize initiatives on an ongoing basis in line with vision, business KPIs and customer value
  • Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to understand product needs
    • Leverage expertise of customers and internal teams to identify product opportunities and translate those to tactical requirements 
    • Regularly engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs and problems, developing an intuition of how the needs of the market are changing
    • Own and measure customer engagement through product usage analysis. 
    • Engage with marketing to create impact on pipeline through product marketing and events focused on andros’ innovation
  • Enable the engineering team to execute on the roadmap
    • Oversee the product development lifecycle, turning research into insights, insights into product requirements and product requirements into epics and stories.
    • Work closely with engineering leadership to ensure our technology is well understood internally and externally and that our customer needs and business objectives are well understood by engineering
    • Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support
  • Communicate status clearly: progress, setbacks, and tradeoffs across management and stakeholders
    • Leverage our weekly all-hands meeting and demos as opportunities to communicate updates broadly
    • Team members across the organization consistently receive targeted updates with the appropriate context for their role

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 5+ years in an executive, VP+ level product role
    • Have built and or managed a team of 8+ Product professionals ranging from Managers to ICs. 
    • Experience building a Design discipline through outsourced or in-house resources
    • Extensive experience building B2B SaaS products
    • Strong strategic and market thinking skills
    • Experience creating and presenting process flowcharts, wireframes, and decks to convey product ideas internally and to clients and prospects, including C-suite leaders and our Board / Investors
    • Familiariarity with enterprise software platforms that make use of technologies like workflow, messaging, APIs, relational and non-relational databases, data warehouses, and business intelligence.
    • Works hard and smart: Delivers value consistently by being inquisitive, having a high degree of accountability and working with intent
    • Experience of developing extremely focused, b2b / enterprise product strategies [This would be nice]
    • Experience with M&A technology integration and strategy
    • Proven ability to plan and orchestrate product initiatives through numerous squads and 40+ engineering team size

    In compliance with the nation-wide updates on the Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $200,000+. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the andros salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position. In addition, andros offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, wellness program, 401(k) with up to 4% match, life insurance, 11 company holidays, unlimited Paid Time Off and more!
