VP of Product
About this Role
Cohley is searching for an entrepreneurial and proven VP of Product to join our fast growing team. As the VP of Product, you’ll be responsible for effective management of the product and development team including ownership and development of long-term strategic outcomes, growing revenue, working cross-functionality, implementing development and product tools, process, and best practices. You will work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize opportunities for acquiring and developing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers across multiple verticals.

Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with founders to align on product roadmap
Build out a team of product managers, designers, and engineers
Work alongside engineering leadership to develop team structure and KPI’s
Prioritize work and set a foundation for scaling the product
Step in to write product scopes and outline new features when needed
Work with with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success team to align priorities and role out new products
Own the feedback loop from customers and users, including analytics and qualitative feedback
Background & Experience
- 10+ years of experience building SaaS products, including products built from scratch as well as throughout the entire product lifecycle
- 8+ years of experience managing Product teams, with a passion for developing the careers of high-performing product managers and designers
- Driven by data, able to successfully balance quantitative and qualitative inputs to make decision
- Experience in building out product and development teams from 5 to 50
- Experience in MarTech is a major plus
- Strong understanding of the complexity and nuances of different market segments (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) and the ability to develop a product lifecycle that is strategically tailored to the needs of each segment
- Experience in a high-velocity SaaS environment, preferably at a post-series-A company that went through a successful exit

- A deep understanding of the complexities of the B2B Martech Landscape
- Clear and honest communication with internal team and customers
