Requirements
Rokt is looking to expand our product leadership team with the addition of a VP/SVP Product. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer in Sydney, this is considered a critical role for our organization and will play a key role in the development of our overall product vision - “To make e-commerce smarter, faster and better”. They will set and deliver the product vision and strategy for a key part of our product suite and as well as develop and inspire their team.
Outcomes & responsibilities:
The VP/SVP Product will be responsible for the end to end ownership of their product and require a deep understanding of customer needs, the ability to solve complex problems and a willingness to collaborate across functions and geographies to deliver outcomes. Rokt operates a global transaction marketing platform that enables its eCommerce clients to deliver more relevant and personalized experiences. The problems we solve involve real time decisioning and machine learning, generating insight from big data analysis and designing elegant solutions for our B2B clients and their customers to effectively drive value from our product suite.
Capabilities & requirements:
We’re looking for someone with deep expertise in product leadership and management of a software (SAAS) product with significant scale (e.g., transaction volume), who can inspire and develop a strong product team. You’ll be a great candidate for this role if you love working in high performing teams, succeed in a fast growing environment, and can quickly adapt to meet our clients needs and pursue new opportunities. International travel and domestic travel are a requirement in this role (approx 10-15% of time).
