We are looking for our first Program Manager that will maintain the department roadmap and work closely with members of the marketing team. This hire must be able to understand strategic marketing plans, take direction from multiple business owners and translate that directly into a clear action plan.

What you'll do:

• Maintain a consolidated marketing project roadmap
• Track, advocate for and prioritize projects
• Lead the marketing squad resources to get projects completed on time. (Engineering, Web, Retention, Editorial, Design, and Acquisition teams)
• Independently lead projects with undefined scope

• Creative assets
• Editorial assets
• Appboy events
• Referral and marketing campaigns
• Affiliate landing pages
• Partnership integration

What we're looking for:

• 3 + years of marketing program / project experience
• Proven track record of cross-functional project collaboration and implementation
• Copywriting, copyediting experience
• Interpersonal collaboration skills
• Superior attention to detail
