About the Role:

This role will provide program management services to support new business initiatives and ongoing application enhancements across US entities that optimize and streamline end-to-end business processes. S/he is ultimately responsible to establish clear project goals and produce detailed project schedules with ongoing updates to all relevant stakeholders. This person will maintain governance of the projects and serve as an internal change management consultant on behalf of the PMO to ensure our operations are sustainable, efficient and supportive of strategic goals. To promote this objective, s/he will partner with various PMs and Application Managers to define in-depth project requirements, design sound workflows and drive design specification sign-off. In doing so, s/he must facilitate collaboration across functional departments to ensure timely delivery of effective, well designed solutions.

The US Program Manager is a member of the PMO team within the Information Systems department. Ongoing projects are centered around global enterprise SAAS implementations including, most notably, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce and Domo. 

Duties

  • Manage progress to ensure work is executed on time and meets requirements outlined
  • Maintain status documents and communicate updates to the PMO, stakeholders, the project team and end users
  • Understand business case behind each effort and clearly articulate the value to stakeholders
  • Work with project managers to prioritize the backlog of requirements and facilitate change management and training plans
  • Analyze the efficiencies of existing processes and develop strategies for improvement
  • General support for Information Systems and PMO across a spectrum of operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Agile project management and Gantt chart experience
  • Ability to manage budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, vendors
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, accountability, excellent follow-through
  • Proactive, resourceful and demonstrates initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with enterprise, SAAS softwares
  • Experience with medium-to-large size media organizations comprised of multinational corporate entities
  • Technical development and QA skills
  • Proficiency with Apple products and software, specifically Keynote
