The Role:
Intersection is looking for a Project Coordinator to facilitate and administer projects within the LinkNYC deployment process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and act as a liaison between various functional groups to assist and drive workflow.
What you will accomplish:
- Organize, prioritize and complete work in a timely manner
- Provide support across deployment team
- Act as a liaison between project managers, external organizations, and internal departments to facilitate workflow
- Manage project workflow and assignments
- Assure that work is performed in accordance with project requirements and SLA’s
- Provide information and direction to allow work to proceed
- Coordinate and develop deliverables
- Expedite large volume of applications, submittals, closeout documents, etc
- Track and manage violations, permit applications, invoices
- Review, analyze and evaluate processes continuously looking for ways to optimize
- Assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including planning, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, maintaining databases, and communicating program relations
- Assist team with special projects as needed
What we are looking for:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in related field
- 3-5 years project administration experience
- Construction experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and solid organization skills
- Proficient in Excel and Google Docs
- Manage projects, resources and initiatives effectively
- Multi-tasking ability (prioritize, organize, and schedule work)
- Problem-solving (identify, analyze, research, evaluate and resolve)
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and partner management)
- Database experience a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
