YOUR ROLE:

As a Project Coordinator you are the orchestrator of the client projects – you’re the one who knows how to make things happen.  You’re the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the space from Digital, CRM and emerging technologies. You’re creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Orchestrates the motion of every project liaising with all departments from start through completion.
  • Understands scope of client request and implications. Able to translate requests into tight deliverables, assumptions, estimates/scopes of work and timelines.
  • Aligns with resource management to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints. Monitors, reports, prioritizes and solves for project progress and risk. Escalates as necessary to ensure integrity of client scopes and agency profitability.
  • Leads quality assurance requirements for the project. Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
  • Initiates all activities to support project close out and “retrospectives”.
  • Contributes and when assigned leads efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
  • Is a champion of the agency process and quality work – and is responsible for optimizing workflow.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • 0-2 years full-time office experience or other relevant experience.
  • Entry level agency experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in key software: MS Office tools.

RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to NYC and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
