YouVisit has a highly energetic and dedicated Project Management team responsible for spearheading the implementation process of our award winning virtual experiences. Successful Project Managers will work with internal and external resources to ensure delivery of experiences that are developed to meet each client’s specific needs. As a member of our Project Management Team, you will be handling multiple shorter time-frame projects concurrently while exercising excellent organization and communication skills to keep people and projects on track. Candidates for this position must be able to successfully control meetings and navigate groups of people efficiently through the required materials.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans
• Drive the implementation process of our award winning virtual tours and virtual reality experiences
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Ensure milestones are met and final projects are delivered on time
• Track project success metrics during regularly scheduled project review meetings
• Control costs and scope of project while managing internal and external resources
• Be the direct link between the clients and YouVisit until final client approval
• Ensure timely receipt of deliverables from internal and external resources
• Provide clients with expertise on choosing the best content for their experience
• Plan for future projects to be purchased
• Work collaboratively with development and product teams to gain deep knowledge of product capabilities and new technologies so that we provide the best solutions and clear communication to our partners

Qualifications:

• Experience as a PM in a SaaS company
• Must be local to the tri-state area
• Bachelor’s Degree
• PMP certification preferred
• Ideal candidates will have 4-7 years experience in project management as a pm leader
• Must be able to manage budgets
• Must be able to handle multiple accounts at a time
• Must have experience as a Client Onboarding Project Manager
• Must have experience working on client facing projects
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• An understanding of photography and technology industries is preferred
• A passion and enthusiasm for collaboration and creation
• Strong presentation skills and knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint are a must
