Agency Partner
We are looking for a US Agency Partner to join Team Snapchat! You'll build and manage relationships with Independent Agencies to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our New York, NY office, you'll need to be strategic, have great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.
What you’ll do:
Hold responsibility for the financial performance of your Independent Agency roster in the US; work to ensure that Agency and Account meets targets while also activating new accounts
Firmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of multiple Agency constituents at both established Independent Agencies to those redefining Agency models
Act as the primary point of contact, escalation point and thought leader for your Agency Roster in the US
Develop and deliver education & inspiration focused meetings that have an impact on multiple roles (media, digital, strategic planning) across named list of Independent Agencies
Develop status as a trusted peer by leadership across the Independent Agencies, partner with the Sales team to develop key accounts and to activate new accounts
Conduct periodic business reviews with Agency leadership and important constituencies
Understand Agency’s businesses and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs
Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of Agency investment, planning, social and research
Manage and activate US trading agreements with key Independents. Develop strategic frameworks and incentive plans to drive growth for full agency purview
Drive Agency growth by initiating and developing relationships across Agencies, developing strategic frameworks and plans, and focusing on both top accounts and new advertisers
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers
Track revenue performance across the Agency portfolio in the US and determine corrective measures where needed
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally
Understanding of Snapchat value proposition, and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language
Experience in working for matrix organizations & amp; ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Proven ability to build relationships at the C-level across the business both internally and externally with market reputation
Direct agency management experience
