As the Agile Program Manager, you will coach and train Prove’s customer-facing staff by empowering teams, guiding leaders, and transforming the organization. You will be an integral part of the Solutions Delivery team working in a fast-paced environment, providing leadership and direction to your partner teams in order to facilitate an agile mindset, rapid communication, flawless integration, and coordination. The Agile Program Manager will facilitate sprint planning and scrum sessions delivering projects and tasks in a timely manner for the Solutions Delivery, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams.
What You Are Responsible For
- Champion agile transformation and project management best practices for Prove’s Solutions Delivery, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Align tools and frameworks to harvest metrics that reflect team KPIs
- Provide advanced project management and support for ongoing projects across functional and technical units within the Solutions Delivery team
- Facilitate a mentorship environment by hosting scrum sessions with the varying Solutions Delivery teams, becoming a backlog owner, and running stand-ups
- Maintain team progress, remove blockers, set strategies and plans to better predict pipelines and schedules keeping projects on time
- Effectively track Program risks and dependencies to resolution with weekly summary reports curated for leadership
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment, provide training to teams, and adapt to customer demands Coordinate efforts of business analysts with emphasis on planning efforts, managing requirements, and reviewing deliverables for quality and consistency
- Proper assessment and recommendation of agile project management tools to leverage within the organization
- Identify customers’ requirements to define critical success factors and translate them into iterative Epics and stories
- Instill process and facilitate documentation best practices and standards to invoke a self-service environment
- Ensure the program is on track for successful releases and proper coordination with vendors/partners/stakeholders as necessary
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
What We Require
- 5+ years managing complex enterprise IT application and integration projects (with ACV > $250K annually) across multiple stakeholders
- Certified Scrum Master with 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience managing all facets of development, operational support, and project management using agile processes
- Project management experience, collaborating with large and complex implementations within highly matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong documentation skillsets; highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities on tight deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- You’re known for being a good collaborator and can motivate or maintain enthusiasm throughout any engagement
- You’re able to quickly come up to speed, tap into your experiences, and provide adequate mentorship to junior level staff Proven technical aptitude, potentially with domain expertise in the following: SaaS, Mobile, Rest APIs, Identity and/or Authentication
- PMP Certification is strongly preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m in ARR
