As an Alliances Program Manager, you will own the cross-functional planning and execution of our most strategic programs with key partners. You will help pave the path for OEMs to successfully leverage Augury’s technology and expertise to grow and transform their business and deliver new value to their customers. You will be an integral part of digital transforming and revolutionizing the way that traditional businesses operate and do business. 

A Day in Your Life

• Own the planning, monitoring, and management of cross-functional activities to achieve program goals. Ensure programs are on track and on budget, while maintaining the highest level of quality standards.
• Identify and establish relationships with key people/teams while building credibility to influence for value delivery.
• Clearly communicate program status including wins, risks, escalations and mitigation plans. 
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful completion of goals and milestones.
• Provide consistent and clean reporting on leading and lagging indicators towards goals.

What You Bring

• Experience: You have 8-10 years of experience as an Analyst or Engagement Manager at a big five consulting firm or similiar or in a strategy execution role. You are well-versed in overseeing large scale, complex projects from start to finish. 
• Relationship Builder: Accustomed to being client-facing, you are a clear communicator and negotiator. You know how to work in a matrixed environment and establish relationships for value delivery. 
• Executor and Owner: You are a true owner - obstacles do not stand in your way to meeting your goal. You will find a way to ensure the goals/milestones/projects/etc. you own are met on-time and on-budget. You have a strong sense of responsibility to meet the goals and you understand the business consequences of not meeting those goals.  
• Collaborator: You are comfortable and enjoy the complexities of working with global teams to deliver successful programs.
