What We're Looking For:
We are currently looking for an Associate Project Manager (APM) to assist in the successful design and build-outs of properties and projects. This person will work with our Project Managers and cross functionally across design, operations, technology, architecture, construction, and product to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. This person should be able to juggle multiple projects in various stages simultaneously and be able to communicate cross-functionally across different teams. Our ideal candidate has experience at various stages of development including but not limited to bidding, contract management, people management, etc. We’re looking for someone who has experience with early-stage startups, smaller companies scaling rapidly.

At Domio You Will:

  • Initiate Project Kickoff by communicating project team assignments and setting up all initial project platforms
  • Maintain vendor relations including vendor vetting, contract, and payment processes
  • Work with Estimating team and Project Managers to ensure budgets are approved and accurately tracked throughout the project lifespan
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders to align priorities across the company
  • Work across the different teams to roll out new initiatives and meeting targets

Who You Are:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project management of construction projects, development, or a related industry
  • Be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Experience reading construction documents
  • Passionate about development and wanting to help grow the community
  • Cross-functional communicator - must understand the daily responsibilities and work styles of each team member
  • Knowledge of industry standard project management software (e.g. Basecamp, Airtable, Trello commercial, or residential, etc.)
  • Comfortable with tech and data
  • Preferably interested in design and has a creative eye
