The Role:

The Marketing team is seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in managing projects and campaigns. This person reports directly to the Senior Manager of Project Management and will ensure projects are running efficiently, coordinate with project stakeholders, and effectively plan deliverables until execution. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives within a quickly scaling company.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects and campaigns across Marketing
  • Ensure that projects are running efficiently; create, manage tasks, and execution of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project life-cycle
  • Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across project(s) based on scope of work and project goals
  • Consistently manage internal expectations on realistic timelines for delivery based on overall resources available
  • Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
  • Lead all project meetings and drive teams toward timely completion of project milestones and phases
  • Report to the Senior Manager of Project Management to optimize existing processes and tools that will increase efficiency
  • Assist in the coordination and management of all project planning meetings throughout the project life-cycle: preparing agendas, circulating key documents, note taking, and meeting follow ups

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university 
  • 1-2 years of project management experience within a marketing department, agency or similar
  • Demonstrated project management skills: extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to adapt to constant changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to implement and enforce processes that ensure best practices in marketing and resource management
  • Ability to wear many hats and take on additional responsibilities in order to get the job done
  • Great collaboration with ability to focus on both the big picture and the small details
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and take collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Experience with workflow/project management tools – Asana or similar
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
