In this role you build collaborative relationships with a range of customers spanning industries. You are focused on ensuring that both new and existing Box customers are equipped to to drive end user excitement and strategic adoption of Box. You work closely with our customer implementation teams to identify sophisticated content use-cases and overcome the people-centric challenges of moving to a cloud environment.

Who you are
You are a customer advocate and are motivated by helping others learn and grow. You listen well, ask questions, and translate business needs into a strategic plan that you can execute against. You build trusting relationships and are not afraid to advise a customer on how to improve their adoption strategy when they might not be acting in their own best interest. You can distill complex ideas into powerful messaging and meet people where they are in their technology know-how. You are comfortable advocating for the user in a room of technical subject matter experts and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders. You are persuasive, professional, flexible, and detailed – all at the same time.
Here’s the fine print:
- You have a strong background of 5+ years in software implementation or Consulting.
- You have 2+ years of experience in Change Management
- You are independent and motivated and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- You are passionate about technology and its impact on the enterprise.
- You may have experience developing training content and delivering the content
