Job Description:

We're looking for a Chief of Staff to be a founding member of the Sneaker Con Digital team. 

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day affairs of the company, manage communications between our strategic partner and Sneaker Con, and solve problems without burdening the CEO/COO. The Chief of Staff may also act as a consultant to the CEO/COO, offering recommendations on staffing and how to measure progress. This role will hold several different responsibilities, many of which might vary depending on the company’s current/future needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact between Sneaker Con & strategic partner; ensure accountability, efficiency and compliance relating to all aspects of the partnership

  • Will be the strategic partner for all internal and external communication between Sneaker Con and our strategic partner. 

  • Field communication, requests and action items from partner for dissemination within Sneaker Con Digital departments for timely completion

  • Quickly review, organize and synthesize metrics/initiatives, etc. in order to support company and executive priorities

  • Take full ownership and management of extensive calendar dynamics and priorities to ensure a productive and positive workflow to the day’s activities by ensuring CEO is kept on schedule and on time for meetings/coordinating key internal and external meetings, logistics, agendas and communications

  • Maintain detailed task list for daily monitoring and presentation to department heads

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years experience of project management, corporate strategy and exposure to executive management

  • Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills

  • Organization and planning skills

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Highly resourceful

  • Strong emotional intelligence

  • Excellent analytical skills
