ROLE:

We’re looking for a Cost of Goods Program Manager who is motivated by our mission to unlock transformational healthcare outcomes.  To simplify the healthcare experience for employers and members, we have created a single digital platform across medical, pharmacy benefits & virtual care. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Oversee the Cost of Goods program, meeting the financial needs of RightwayRx’s clients and the obligations to the pharmacy providers.
• Ensure financial compliance with RightwayRx’s network and provider contracts by producing timely reporting and uncovering the root causes of any variations.

• Execute RightwayRx’s Cost of Goods strategy by recommending updates to pricing schedules and overseeing the successful implementation of proposed updates.
• Create and maintain analytics models that simulate the effects of price changes and evaluate the client, pharmacy, and member impacts.
• Oversee and execute the MAC price change and control process to align pricing schedules to desired outcomes in a consistent and reliable fashion.
• Create scalable, automated processes to support the Cost of Goods Program as RightwayRx grows.
• Coordinate with Account Management by presenting prospective price changes and receiving feedback on those changes.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education level: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or other related discipline
• Work experience: 4+ years in the PBM industry with a focus on cost of goods, pharmacy contracting, and PBM client financials.
• Location information (must be able to report into specific office, travel info, etc) remote based with some travel into NYC or NYC office
• Important characteristics of ideal candidate: Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, good listener, ability to challenge status quo.
• Specific skills needed for job: 4+ years advanced experience with SQL & Microsoft Office. Working experience with Tableau, Python, and large-scale data processing applications (Apache Spark).
• Highly effective & creative problem-solver, ability to prioritize, change management and manage through times of chaos, solid communication skills, great people leadership.
