We are looking for a champion, to tie our creative and business offerings together in each market. This will involve engaging with our creative teams and designers, with the goal of driving the adoption of the Smartly.io creative tool kit.
You have the chance to own the promotion of Creative Solutions in the US business. The core function of the role is to work closely with different regional teams and support them in developing strategic relationships with customer design teams.
You will be reporting to our Technical Solutions Lead in the US. This role will be based in New York . The role will have some travel to other regions within the US.
As Creative, Customer Success Manager you will be
- Selling our solutions to creative teams leading to the increased uptake of our creative offering.
- On-boarding and educating customers on creative best practices.
- Educating existing customer organisation on creative.
- Collaborating with Creative Studio which is focused on providing creative service and production.
- Adjusting creative mockups as part of a client facing work.
We're definitely looking for you, if you
- 3 years of experience in creative and/or online marketing.
- Deep understanding of the creative process and tools.
- Experience selling to creative teams.
- Experience with multiple online marketing platforms.
- Experience working in an agency is considered a plus.
