We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to organize and track resources and set timelines (project briefings, media plans and internal creative reviews with appropriate parties). This role ensures the timelines are adhered to and that the media and creative teams are on-schedule. This role also gains proper creative and compliance approvals, sends meeting re-caps, makes assets available, tracks/updates/archives all media and creative presentations, and makes sure appropriate parties are kept in loop and appropriate resources are assigned.

A successful person in this role would manage to form partnerships with key stakeholders that will be indispensable to their teams’ success. They remain organized, unflustered, and candid about the work that is expected of them and their teams, and they understand why the work matters.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in the creation and deployment of a process; working cross-functionally with key stakeholders on Marketing and Creative teams.
• Work directly with internal teams to understand project request, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables and delivery dates, plan resources and develop a clear and actionable project plan.
• Parse out roadmap of work, and ensure that the work remains visible, documented, measurable, and trackable - with clear prioritization for all the work ahead.
• Ensure that any media or creative direction or scope insights provided by the Marketing leaders are indeed reasonable, actionable, and beneficial to the larger goals of the team.
• Ensure that the Creative and performance marketing teams are not blocked, overburdened, or distracted in their work.
• Discover and document any requirements, dependencies, or other specifics of the project work that may emerge as Creative and Performance marketing execute their work.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6-10 years of Project/Program Management in Media, Marketing, and/or Creative experience with a proven success record preferably with a sports property, agency, or consumer brand.
• Media planning and valuation experience
• Demonstrated ability to be strategic, analytical and solution oriented.
• Ability to establish effective interdepartmental relationships, manage multiple contacts and projects, and drive business.
• Strong project management skills focused on organization, time management and planning.
• Excels in fast paced, results and data-driven start-up environment.
• Customer obsessed
