Creative Project Manager
Your role in our mission
We’re on a mission to build intuitive, personal help and anticipatory technology into one of the most important spaces in our lives: the home. As a startup at the intersection of four multi-billion dollar industries — real estate, technology, service and commerce — Alfred is a new kind of company, one that’s trusted to serve consumers past their front door.
Cultivating trust — with consumers, with our real estate partners, with our service and brand partners, and between our markets — is essential to our success, and our creative team plays a critical part in that. As the Creative Project Manager, you will be embedded within the creative team, and work cross-functionally throughout the company on a variety of projects and initiatives. You will manage these projects from beginning to end, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and within scope.
How you'll contribute to #OneTeam
- Manage deliverable timelines, stakeholder expectations, creative resources, and business priorities.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to understand business goals, map out multi-platform user experience flows, and create briefs for the creative team.
- Serve as an internal steward of our brand, and uphold brand standards of excellence.
- Act as Alfred liaison for projects that require outside vendor involvement such as printers, distribution houses, digital agencies, and production companies.
- Strategic - be able to critically think through campaign touch points for various audiences.
- Collaborative - be comfortable reaching out to, and work with, creative partners inside or outside our immediate #oneteam
- Organized - be able to quickly switch from one project to another, keep track of simultaneous projects, deadlines, revisions, and schedules.
- Bold - be comfortable leading group discussions, voicing concerns with senior partners, and running daily internal stand-ups.
