As the Data Analyst / Project Manager for our Implementation Tools team, you will partner with product managers, developers, implementation consultants, and other internal stakeholders. 

You will be responsible for project management of the Implementation Tools development team; including scrum master duties, project management of requests from the implementation, and stakeholder communication.

You will use your industry knowledge and data analysis skills to data mine the existing ADP client base for suitable migration candidates, and product and implementation tooling opportunities.

You will contribute towards continuous improvement of our implementation & success processes, including by identifying opportunities to simplify, speed up, and improve quality through product enhancements.

What you’ll do

• Project Management of implementation requests on the Implementation Tools R&D team; including data transformation and load activities owned by R&D 
• Scrum Master for the Implementation Tools development team
• Partner with Client Success and Implementation teams / work collaboratively with other org units on high value projects; for example:
• Data mining & analysis of existing ADP client base to identify potential client migration candidates, and product and implementation tooling opportunities that would open additional opportunities and/or reduce migration effort
• Data analysis of migration clients to validate implementation assumptions
• Contribute towards development, implementation & success process improvements
• Provides leadership, mentoring and direction to field teams on the rollout of new tools / processes from the Implementation Tools development team
• Generation of benchmarks and metrics to support the continuous improvement of the R&D and implementation organizations 
• Deliver presentations / updates / communicate to senior leadership, project team, and internal clients / stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven project management experience, including agile methodologies
• Experience working in client success or implementation for enterprise systems
• Domain knowledge in the HCM space
• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with ADP systems, particular in the upmarket segment
