WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Alongside other EPAM members such as Account Managers and Solution Architects, you will lead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex projects while ensuring EPAM delivery standards are met
  • Dig into issues within the delivery organization and provide the necessary leadership to the team to find the optimal solution (architecture, project management, business analysis, Agile questions, quality assurance, etc.)
  • Align EPAM and Client teams; act as a mediator to find a compromising decision where needed
  • Track and communicate with key client stakeholder's execution status. Provide transparency for any changes in delivery dates
  • Maintain knowledge of status, milestones, issues, and key data for assigned projects and serve as the conduit of information and updates
  • Use strong technical and business acumen to identify and resolve risks and dependencies to prevent successful program execution


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of team / project management experience
  • Ability to manage and scale teams of 15+ people
  • Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall), and IT roles
  • A healthy blend of technical knowledge and an execution-focused mindset
  • A track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce meaningful results
  • The ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups, forming and sustaining successful partnerships
  • A tried and tested set of principles, frameworks, and practices for enabling delivery success
  • Servant leadership
  • Experience with Intelligent Automation technologies: RPA, BPM, ML, intelligent bots, or any relevant niche solutions
  • Good communication skills


NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in working in a highly technical environment
  • Experience in operational transformation
  • BS degree in an associated field or other advanced certification along with equivalent experience
  • Experience working with highly distributed multinational teams
  • Prior engineering experience
  • Familiarity with presale activities and solution elaboration

ADDITIONAL

  • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process
