Meeting your future team:

Collibra is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented programs manager to join our Global Demand Center team, which is responsible for accelerating, scaling and optimizing our demand generation engine. Reporting to the Head of Global Demand Center, you'll be responsible for developing and executing multichannel global demand generation programs that support our pipeline growth goals. As a team member of the Global Demand Center, you’ll help embrace and drive change ensuring our programs are continuously optimized to deliver the best results for the business.

Demand Center Program Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Developing and executing multi-touch, outbound and inbound marketing programs to exceed company-wide growth goals.
  • Managing relationships and programs with global third-party demand generation partners, including content syndication, industry associations, paid social and others. 
  • Developing, writing, testing and measuring nurture emails, to ensure proper qualification and ongoing engagement of program inquiries and recycled leads.
  • Tracking funnel marketing metrics and making recommendations to continuously optimize the marketing mix (including display, events, social, email, nurture, webinars, content syndication, etc.)
  • Closely collaborating with the Sales Development organization to ensure efficient lead follow up, providing guidance on marketing offers, messaging and targeting.
  • Building excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and the broader team, including those in Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Sales

You Are:

  • Familiar with best practices in driving demand through digital channels
  • Experienced in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize demand generation programs
  • A relationship builder, who seeks to understand stakeholder needs and drives cross-functional alignment 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a swiftly changing landscape

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will understand our demand generation goals, target audience, messaging and channel performance.
  • Within your third month, you will be executing against an agreed-upon demand generation program plan, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be analyzing each stage of the funnel and offering diagnostics on how we can improve performance.
